2 wods since 9/20/12

Since little Jake's arrival, i've only hit 2 wods....

1st day back (about 2 weeks ago):

wod 1: 3 rounds of 30 unbroken kettle bell swings (70#)
10 burpee penalty for every break, 2 minutes between rounds

wod 2: "Kelly"
5 rounds: 400m run, 30 (24" box jumps), 30 wallball (20#)

I got 3 rounds in about 25 minutes and collapsed.

last night:

wod 1: 12 minute Fran ladder
start with 3 thrusters (95#) and 3 pullups, then 6 & 6, 9 & 9, 12 & 12.....increase by 3

wod 2: 12 wallballs on the minute for 10 minutes.

I taste blood in my lungs

6 rounds for time:
-400 meter run
-25 burpees

I seriously am having trouble breathing tonight! Shit this workout hurts so bad but is really great. Good luck
