Tuesday Mornin

Out the door at 6:15am, completed just over 4 miles at 8:08 pace. Then finished with a very brief version of Kev's Kettlebell routine:
- 25 two-handed Russian swing (30 lb)
- 10 single arm clean, squat, press (20 lb) R then L arm
- 20 standard push-ups

Finished with a few inadequate stretches (strings de jamon, quads, calves, butterflys, cobra, downward dawg)
