Tryin to get back in shape!

Started with a 2.5m run @ 8:05min pace

Finished with 3 rounds of the following:

8 - Wide grip pullups
10 - Pushups
20 - Crunches

Takin it easy in the beginning here. Coming off a leg injury and I am also very week and inflexible...I am poo!!
