need a rower for this one and rings for the skin the cats...but it's a beast

20 sec on, 10 sec rest for 8 sets of the following:

row (for calories)
wall balls (20#)
kettle bell power swings (53#)
walking lunges
skin the cat
plank (no score here, just hold it!)

your score is the fewest reps you get in each exercise.
i got 41.
