5 minute abz....


30 seconds of situps (keep track of the total # if you're keeping a log)
30 second hollow rock
repeat until 5 minutes are up, no rest.

It burns!

  1. hollow rock is on your back, straight legs with your feet about 10-20" above the ground, and have your arms raised straight back behind your head. Only part of you that should be touching the ground is your ass and lower back. It sucks, 30 sec is a long time to hold it. make sure your shoulder blades are elevated.
