Kevin, Doug, and I completed the following:

- 800m warm up jog

5 rounds of each movement (40sec work / 20sec rest)

- 2-handed Ring Rows
- 30lb KB Turkish Getup
- Double Unders
- 25lb DB Curls
- 25lb KB High Pulls
