Fun One with a Run

Lil Phil and I started off with a 2mile run at a moderate pace, picking it up at the end. We then went right into the following:

50-40-30-20-10

- Double Unders
- Situps

* We completed 10 pullups after each of the 5 rounds and ended with 30 1-legged pushups (15/R, 15/L). Completed it all in 18:15.
