A Monday AMRAP

Ran 2 miles with Phil. Then completed this 20min AMRAP:

10 - Ring Rows
30 - Crunches
5 - Pullups
10 - BOSU Pushups
30 - Ab Twists (8lb med ball) OR Ab Bicycles
15 - 125lb Straight Bar Shrugs

We got 8 rounds in approx 21 minutes.
