Fast for Friday

We wanted to get a bit more weight training in this week, so lil Phil and I completed the following after a quick warm up:

Round 1 (1min each exercise)
Round 2 (30sec each exercise)

- 25lb DB Alternating Curls
- 25lb DB Bentover Row
- 25lb DB Overhead Press
- 25lb DB Clean to Lunge R/L

Then finished with some med ball slams, jump rope, overhead tri extension 25lb, and 25lb hammer curls.
