Ran 2.25 miles at 7:55 pace. Then completed the following exercises:
- 40 Crunches
- 20 Double handed KB Swing 30lbs
- 2min Jump Rope
- 10 Pullups
Elsa also got in there with a 1.65 mile run and a simple circuit of 3 rounds:
- 20 Ab Ball Crunches
- 8 DB Tricep Kickbacks 8lb
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Jumping Jacks
