Chef's Chocolate Salty Balls

Warmed up with 5 rounds of:
7 wall ball
7 lunges
7 pvc pass throughs
7 pvc squat press
7 pvc good mornings

WOD:

1 mile run
21-15-9 of:
handstand pushups
ring dips
push ups
1 mile run

I was drenched when i finished this one!
