Friday ROAR Sesh!

Warmed up with a 400m row and some mobility ish.

WOD 1:
5 handstand pushups on the minute for 10 minutes


WOD 2:
3 Rounds
800 m run
50 (45#) good mornings
50 situps


took me 19:26 to complete wod 2.
