Thursday Morning Jam

Warmed up with a 500m row and some mobility exercises

wod 1: "ISABEL"
30 Snatches for time (Rx weight 135#)
(I used 115# and finished at 4:42)

wod 2: 10 minute double under amrap

Get those creamy hamstrings and calves nice and stretched out for this one.  i got 415.
