Completed this one with Kev the other day:

800m - Jog (New thing called Jogging..I think the J is silent)

15min AMRAP
10 - 20lb Wall Balls
20 - Abs (Various)
10 - Pullups
10 - Ab Pikes (feet in rings)

800m - Jog
