Burp Bag

Hit up 4 rounds of the following circuit with Serg:

2min - Heavy Bag Boxing work
10 - Burpees
10 - Pullups
30 - Crunches

Took about 20min I think, timing got a little screwed up towards the last few minutes. Hittin the bag adds some serious cardio and overall fatigue.
