Warmed up with the jump ropes and a bunch of mobility ish.
WOD 1:
10 minute death by muscle ups
(1 on 1st min, 2 on 2nd min, 3 on 3rd, etc.)
I got through 4, and got 3 on the 5th minute. Banged out 1 or 2 per minute for the remaining minutes.
WOD 2:
2 Rounds:
50 double unders
40 situps
30 med ball cleans (20#)
20 pullups
10 handstand pushups
