Classic Monday Morning Beating

Start with 5 rounds of 30 unbroken double unders.  If you get 29, the round doesn't count.

20 minute amrap:
300m row
6 hang power cleans (155#)
10 hand stand push ups

i got 4 rounds.

This was an awesome workout, I was sweating until about 10 minutes ago.  Rx weights for the HPC's were 225 for men and 135 for women, but that's just silly.
