I completed 4 rounds + 10 ctb pullups on wod 1; 4 rounds + 17 double unders on wod 2; and burned 77 cals on the rower. I was using an Rx rope for the first time, and they prescribe those things shorter than i'm used to using, so my wod 2 could have been better. Smooth rope though, i bet once you're used to the length it's way more efficient.
