21-15-9 Hammy Park conditioning circuit

Warm up was a 400 meter run the. Do the following.

21-15-9
-KB swings (35lb)
-Burpee to pull ups
-V-ups or sit ups

Run a 400 meter sprint in between each set. I focused on running my 400 fast paced with strong form and consistent breathing.
