3,4,5,6,7

Ok so Gary came up with this one

30,40,50,60,70 reps of the following
-HSPU's or pike pushups
-pullups
-push press
-situps
-burpees

Then finished it up with 2:00 amrap double unders.

Gary finished in 19:19 and I followed up with 20:10
