i was in a 3 man team, so we did 150 reps with 1 man resting at all times....if you got 2 man team do 100 reps with 1 man working and one resting.

150 (24") box jumps
150 (115#) SDHP's (sumo-deadlift-highpulls)
150 Toes to bar
Every 3 minutes, run 100m....and you have to complete each movement before you move on to the next. Took us 28 minutes and change. Snatches were brutal.
