Warmup: 500m row/5 pullup/10 pushup/15 wallball/20 squat/25 goodmorning/30 double unders

wod 1:
3 dead lifts on the minute for 8 minutes
use 80% of your 1 rep max

wod 2:
5 rounds
10 (95#) Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
10 ring dips

took me 7:19...went alright, Dude's car got a little dinged up.
