The MURPH!

I have been waiting to do this workout for a while now and finally mustered up the roar to give it a try. All I can say is brutal. I broke the reps up: 5 pull ups,10 pushups, and 15 squats. Do that for 20 rounds. I tried my best to run around 7 minute mile.


Run 1 mile

100 pull ups
200 pushups
300 squats

Run 1 mile

My time was 37:17

  1. Dam dude, you blasted that shit! I tried to do 10-20-30 sets and killed myself. 5-10-15 is the ticket, i have to beat your time now. took me 49 minutes, you still have the alien endurance you bastard.

    1. LOL roar! Gar you give me my Roar every morning because you are setting the bar on these bad ass ones. I consulted my brother Brian prior and he told me to break it up like that because other wise you max out...it took him 3 tries to get his time down. Lets keep it up!!!
