Doing full snatches (into an overhead squat)
I rocked 115# and got 24 in 10 minutes
Then we did an 8 min AMRAP
15 (20#) med ball squat cleans
100 mountain climbers
mountain climbers suck, and i was gassed from all that snatch (giggity)
Got through 2 rounds, and 60 mountain climbers on the third.
