Wednesday Morning Jam Sesh

Started with a good warm up sesh:
400 m run
5 strict pull ups
10 push ups
15 wall balls
20 kettle bell swing stretches
25 good mornings
30 double unders

then hit up a 5x5 dead lift
(work up to your max dead lift for 5 reps)

Then 6 rounds for time:
20 (70#) kettle bell swings
40 double unders

took me 16:44
